Frequently Asked Questions
Weddings are a lot! I've been to hundreds over the past 10 years and love to share my experience and knowledge with couples.
Do you travel?
Of course! My husband and I love to travel! We’ve shot in many different states…we even shot in Ireland! Reach out for more information.
How many photos do we get?
I don’t put a limit! If it’s a good photo, I edit it and you get it! I tell people it usually averages around 100 per hour.
How long will it take to get our photos?
For sessions, we usually get the galleries to our clients around one or two weeks. For weddings, we usually deliver the full galleries within 3 to 4 weeks. However, for weddings, you will receive a sneak peek within 72 hours!
How do we get our photos?
When your gallery is complete, I send over a link to your own personal gallery page that stays up for 10 years, and is super easy to navigate. You can download your photos from there.
Do you have location suggestions for sessions?
Of course! If you’re unsure of where to do your session, we have lots of places we can recommend.
Do you pose us?
Yes! No need to worry! I’m not super “posey” as in stiff stale poses, but that doesn’t mean that I just leave you hanging. I give instructions throughout, but we do a lot of fun prompts to get more genuine connections in our photos. We like to have fun!
What happens if it rains?
If we realize it’s going to be storming on the day you have a session booked, we are very flexible and can work with you to find a new date to reschedule. If it’s raining on your wedding day, then have no fear! We’ve done some of our favorite wedding shots in the rain. We keep a cute clear umbrella in our car for our couples. We can find covered spots to do some shots, and if you’re up to it, we can get some cool rain shots too!
Do you do prints?
We don’t handle prints personally. However, the gallery site we use has the option for you to order prints directly through your gallery if you’d like, so it’s super simple.
